Day 3-5: Lead Engine + Quick Win Setup
Your Quick Win Resource delivery system gets built. A clean first impression for every new lead.
Day 6-7: Nurture Series Emails
Your 3–7 email nurture sequence is drafted in your Voice Sidekick tone. Clear, warm, and aligned with your sales flow.

Yes - this sprint is Systeme.io exclusive. If you’re not set up yet, I’ll point you to the right plan and help you get your account ready before we start.
Do you write the emails?
Yes. You get a 3–7 email nurture sequence and a 3+ email Quick Win follow-up series - all written in your voice.
If you already have a Voice Sidekick, I use it. If not, I’ll create one.
Do I need a lead magnet or Quick Win resource before the sprint?
No - I can help shape your Quick Win during onboarding. If you have one already, great. If not, we’ll keep it simple and strategic.
Do you set up my newsletter?
Yes. You’ll get a reusable newsletter template, sending settings, and a Weekly Rhythm Plan so you can stay consistent without overthinking content.
Do I need to be available every day?
No, you don't need to be available every day. I’ll email you for feedback between 5–9pm EST on weekdays since I work primarily in the evenings. If you can send any requested feedback by the next business day, that keeps the sprint moving smoothly and ensures everything stays on track.
What if my backend is a total mess?
Then you’re in the perfect place. I clean, organize, rename, and restructure everything before I build your new system. You’ll start fresh - without losing your contacts or progress.
How much content do I need to prepare?
Very little. You’ll answer my onboarding questions, share logins, and provide any resources you already have. I'll handle the writing, structure, and logic.
What if I want additional automations or advanced workflows?
We can absolutely add more. Your sprint builds the core system - and if you need extras, we’ll price them separately after delivery.
Is this the same as a funnel?
No. This sprint builds the entire communication ecosystem behind your brand so everything works together instead of working against you.
What if I’m not ready for this yet?
